These are my everyday shoes, for casual wear, gymming/ CrossFit and my long runs that find me on a mixture of tar and trail. They are very comfortable and light and they do a good job of standing out even in a pair of longs! They grip well on both tar and rocks but might find yourself sliding a bit on loose gravel as they lack the grip of the X-Talon.
