Race Report #12 for 2015

Warrior #4 weekend has come and gone and what an exciting weekend of Racing.

Rookie Elite
Kirsten was beaten by an obstacle so she was disqualified, nevertheless she continued and finished the remainder of the race. She needs to work on her core strength and general strength to ensure as the obstacles get harder she can do them.

Commando Elite
Calen and Ruth both managed to finish second in their respective races. Well done Calen on pushing as hard as you could, 1st is within reach. Ruth excelled at the obstacles but struggled on the run, so she knows what she needs to do too. Joshua improved nicely with a 9th overall and 2nd in his category, what a great improvement keep up the hard work.10394639_10153229948297356_5563575003207984825_n

Black Ops Elite
Greg had to relinquish the keys of the Jeep to Claude Eksteen. Greg was recovering from illness and an injured foot so he was outrun by his competitors. He was lying 5th coming into the home straight but managed a close 3rd after acing the final grouping of tough obstacles. Well done on your third place. PJ managed to finish with a credible 22th position and his DQ band intact, well done!! Now it is up to me to train hard to get to complete an elusive Black Ops Elite.

In the Ladies we had Sabrina finishing in 4th and Michelle in 6th. Well done ladies you are steadily making progress, keep up the training.
